Question about Medical Exam

I\'m up for the medical exam for greencard. One problem I have is that I don\'t have any proof that I have had the MRM and Titus (forgive me if I spell it wrong) vaccine, although I did have them in my own country. I\'m planning to have a baby soon so I don\'t want to get the vaccine, which will cause birth defects. Anybody had that problem before? What can I do? Thank you very much!

what if u have a sexual desease or another illness,does it prevent you having your green card after your interview?
