Hi I am 21 with an F2 visa that expired 4 months ago. I have been married to an American born citizen for a month now, I have no worries about the interviews since it is a real marriage but I need quick help on the i-485 form.

What do I put in "Current USCIS Status" - I was told I should put "pending"? My visa has been expired for 4 months now, should I put overstayed?

Also for Part 2. I was told I should check "B" - but I am guessing I fit in the "A" category, I am very confused about this question.

Again, I am married for one month now to an american born citizen. I am holding an expired F2 DEPENDENT VISA.

Also if anyone can help, I was wondering what I should include with the i-485 and i-130 forms... Do I need to include the g-325a forms for both of us? I am including a copy of my visa, firt pages of my passport, her birth certificate, new passport size pic of me. Do I need anything else?

Thanks in advance!

Don't be overconfident, you only have a one-month marriage. People with longer real marriages who don't prepare well sometimes run into trouble in the interview. Make sure you are well-prepared by bringing the relevant documents to the interview and knowing enough details about each other so you don't mess up the questions.

F-2 overstay, or out of status.
For part 2, B is the correct answer for you.
