I am trying to get the non-availability of birth/marriage certificate and affidvaits for my parents GC application.
I am not sure if I should use my mother's maiden name on these documents or her married last name.
I485 and I130 would be filed using her married name, so I am hesistant to use maiden name for affidvaits and NABC since that might create a need for a name change documents.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
