Guys I have a question. I changed job and location after 140 approval and 485 pending for 180 days (therefore, AC21). I moved from NSC territory to California. Now my 485 is still pending at NSC. I had FP1 in previous state.
My questions are:
1) Next year when it's time for FP2, will NSC assign a local (California) center for my FP2? (I already changed my address with them)
2) Is it possible that my case gets approved in NSC, instead of being transferred to local office?
