Question about Layoff

Hi gurus,

I have applied for I-140 and I-485 concurrently, I am waiting for I-140 at this point.

Today, I have realized that there has been two lay-offs in our company, The company has a lot of hiring recently however due to organizaional changes two positions were closed and people got layed off.

Do you know what would be the impact of this on my I-140 and I-485? Is there anything that I could do,

.layoff wont affect ur processing.If u have porblem in job then In worst case as long as ur employer willing to keep ur 140 and reply nay RFE u will fine.If he revokes or didnt reply in time then u will be in trouble
