Question about Layoff

Hi gurus,

I have applied for I-140 and I-485 concurrently, I am waiting for I-140 at this point.

Today, I have realized that there has been two lay-offs in our company, The company has a lot of hiring recently however due to organizaional changes two positions were closed and people got layed off.

Do you know what would be the impact of this on my I-140 and I-485? Is there anything that I could do,

Are you worried about yourself being laid off soon? If not you should be fine. A couple rounds of layoffs don't affect your already filed 140 and 485. Massive layoffs have an impact on LC, which might be what you were thinking about.

Yes, I am worried that as the company has had lay offs, My I140 get in to problem!!

So these layoffs does not have any effect on the my I-140 process?
