question about labor substitution

i would like to know if any one has encountered my situation.
i am thinking about getting start labor substitution from another company, they have one pre-approved one, but the case is , i make much more money than the person labor was approved for and also experience and qualifations wise i am much more qualified. The only issue is the skills are not a exact match. overall i am much more qualified.

hi my name is sree ..i'am sorry i do not know the answer to ur post but i'am looking for a labor which was "applied" or "approved" by april30 2001 i'am in of a little help here if ur company or the other company has any such labor or any of ur friends please let me know..i have my own approved labor from feb 2003 ..but i need one from 2001..please help if u can my id is achanta_s@yahoo.com... regards sree

Why cant you use your own labor from Feb 2003. It is much safer these days to use our own labor , instead of substitution...unless otherwise there is an exact match
