Question about Labor filed in Wisconsin

Hi,
My lawyer says that

“you will not get a case number if labor is filed from Wisconsin and you will get only if the case is moved to Federal”.


Is that true, did any of you filed 6 months back and had the same issue.

Can you please throw your experiences on this.

My company filed from Wisconsin on Jan 17th 2004 and got the receipt (with name of the assigned analyst and contact number of that analyst) within 15 days. I am not sure whether WI SESA has changed the process recently.
