My wife is a Physician & got residency position this year. The state univ. in which she got residency is ready to sponsor only J1 visa.
I am currently on H1-B visa & my green card in progress. Waiting for I-140 approval. My wife\'s name is included in I-140.
So my question is: Suppose my wife joins this 3 year residency on J1. In meantime if my I-140 approves & I file for I-485 & then gets Green Card. What will happen if my wife fulfills 2 year Home Rule Requirement, whether my wife can enter US using my I-485 as my dependent or she has to wait 4-5 more years like those spouses who marry GC holder.
