Question about J1 affidavit, please help

Hello all,

I had a question about the affidavit which goes along with the bio-data form for attestation to the DC embassy....

Point 2:

The exchange programme was sponsored by the government of India/State Government of (A)________ in India/Agency of Government of (B)________and financed by the government of/Agencies of Government of (C) ________/other (D)_______

I am sponsored by a university here in the US and am not sure about the correct answers.
(A) My home-state??.
(B) ????
(C) ???
(D) The university here??

Appreciate the help.
 
I would write my uni here..just write the narrrative statement below this lines. I m not sure if I m write but this is the way i did..
