Question about IT LC?

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. I just heard that my lawyer said that CT DOL is not processing the LC for IT folks because the lay offs in this occupation and they don't believe there is shortage in IT area. Is that true??? By the way, my PD is may 2001, how can I add my information to the list?
