Just read the post below and it said that the current processing date that the service center posts must be more than 30 days past your receipt date then the inquiry can be sent.
my 485 Rd is Nov 18,03, does it mean that processing date posted must after Dec 18, 03. then I can send an inquiry?
I really want to know what happens in my case. Send email to FBI at Feb, 05, no response.
