If you scheduled info-pass do you actually have to go to talk in person at the immigration office or you can choose over the phone or chat through internet?

It is to talk in person to immigration officer.Which so far it seems to be the best way to get accurate information.

You can have specific questions for them. Are my security checks done? In the past some people have reported that officers have refused to tell if FBI name check is done or not. That has been rare though.
