Question about incorrect Service Center

Hi,

I am asking this question on behalf of a friend who has sent his N-400 form to an incorrect Service Center. According to him, he sent his application to Nebraska Service Center instead of the one for Texas.

Does anyone know if his application will be forwarded to the correct center by USCIS? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It will be mailed back to him, he has to re-submit to the correct one himself.
