question about IIO

Dear friends: Anyone could share your experience to reach IIO in VSC by phone. I always have a problem to call them. Everytime, there was a few-second busy singal and then the phone was automatically disconnected. What should I do ? Continue to held the phone even the phone was "died" ?

Be a little patient and try again and again. What I have noticed is that most of the people try to call from work during peak hours (probably trying to save a dime or 2) and that creates the congession. Also, try to call late in the night when the load is relatively less.
