Question about I-e 94

Hello Everyone

I have applied for my I-485 in March. Along with the 485 application my lawyer has sent in my wife\'s and my I-94. Is this normal?

I have my EAD and AP now, but do not have my I-94. Do they ask us to submit the I-94 if I go on vacation now.

Should only send a copy

I you want to leave the US on your H1B before your 485 is approved, you will need the original. The guards at the border will give you a hard time otherwise (except if you go from Canada where they don\'t seem to mind)
