We are going to need a joint sponsor so my question is if My husband still needs to send his 3 last W2, or would it be enough with just one. He only has one anyway, but I dont know if that would be a problem.

What do you mean 3 last w2? He needs to send as many w2s as he got one last year.
 
I meant that my husband has only one W2, and it is from 2008, because in 2006 was a student and 2007 was unemployed. So we can only send one. We are going to have a joint sponsor (his dad), and we will send his w2 from the last 3 years. Will it be a problem?

Ah, I see. Thanks. Both of them need to send only for one very last year, 3 years not required.

So then in part 25 for taxes in year 2007 and 2006 I just leave in blank?
Should he attach an additional sheet with an explanation about why he didnt file taxes those 2 years?
