Question about I-864 form, Affidavit of Support

When filling the I-485 application for parents,
the form I-864, Affidavit of Support, needs to
be completed and signed before a notary public
or immigration officer. How to do this by a public
notary?

Just go to a notary in the bank and ask them to notarise it. thats what I did.
