Guys, I have this weird question about I-693 form and RFE.
I recently visited a civil surgeon to get this form filled out. I filled the part A as suggested, but didn't sign/certify it. After i was given the TB test and blood test for syphillis, the physician asked me to sign the form, infront of him...so I signed and dated the first day that i saw the physician.
48 hours later, when i went to get my TB test read. It was negative so physician signed the form and gave me the sealed envelope with a photocopy of I-693 form.
Now my question is, has anyone ever got a RFE because the date in PART A is different than date signed by Civil Surgeon (which is 2 days later). Do you think this is big deal? I am really trying to avoid any RFEs?
