Hi Guys, I Am a citizen and currently applying gren card for me wife, She is argentina citizen, enter as visitor visa and she overstaying in USA after her visa expired.

I am currently fill out i-485 form for her. under the form there is a question says:

1) Current USCIS status
What shou I say since she is over staying, her i-94 has expired 5 years ago.

2) Expired on (mm/dd/yyyy)
Should I put date on back on year 2002? or leave blank?

3)Date visa was Issued
Since she is argentina citizen back 5 years ago, argentina was under visa waiver program, she she didn't need visa, What should I fill out for her there? was the date that she enter USA her visa day? or the day when she got her argentina passport her visa issued date?

4)were you inspected by U.S Immigration officer? (probly very stupid question, but we talked and we are not sure about it)
are those man's who give us i-94 when we land Immigration officer? She have i-94 given by those mans, but she doesn't know if those are called U.S Immigration officer

5) Nonimmigration visa number
Shall we leave blank, since she didn't need a visa to coming USA or shall we fill out with i-94 number?

"Out of Status"

Put the 2002 date.
3)Date visa was Issued

Put the day she entered the USA.

The answer to this is "yes". The immigration officer is the person who stapled the I-94 into her passport.
5) Nonimmigration visa number
Shall we leave blank, since she didn't need a visa to coming USA or shall we fill out with i-94 number?
Don't leave anything blank. Put "None".
