I applied for I-485 in Oct 99. I didn\'t submit my tax papers at that time.
(my lawyer told me that it\'s not necessary because my wife was also on H1-B ) I am not sure whether it\'s true or not and I don\'t want to get RFE just because of that reason.
Anybody who has spouse on H1B and submitted tax papers for I-485?
