question about I-140 form

If I have to file under EB2 category (not a national interest waiver case)
which one of this do I check of in I-140 form. I am a doctor with appoved labor.

d. a member of profession holding advanced degree or aalien of exceptional ablity or
e. a professional or a skilled worker.

physicians are EB2 - member of profession holding advanced degree or alien of exceptional ablity.
