Question about I-140 filling?

I am planning send out my I-140 first, then after two weeks I-485 will be sent out. in this case,

Question 1: For I-140 part 4 term 4:
4. Are any other petition or application being filled with this form I-140?
No
Yes Form I-485
should I answer No Or Yes?

Question 2: Since My case is still belong to concurrently filling, where should I send out my I-140 package and I-485 package?

I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (if concurrently filed with I-485)

I-140 (if filed alone),

Question 2: the following info is from the USCIS website:

If the alien's employment will be in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas, mail the petition to:

For I-140s filed concurrently with Form I-485:
USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 852939
Mesquite, TX 75185-2939

For I-140s filed alone:
USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 852135
Mesquite, TX 75185-2135

So I think you should send to :

If no special reason, why just wait two weeks to file I140 and I458 together.
