Question about I-140 and I-485

If I plan to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently, but decide to file I-140 under two categories (EB1-OR and EB2-NIW), with which I-140 will my I-485 be concurrent?

The I-485 is "linked" to one of your I-140. If this one gets rejected and the other I-140 gets approved you have to file a new I-485 for the other one.

No, you can then interfile that I-485 with other pending I-140!

You are correct. In my answer I mixed up possible problems if you have two I-485 pending at the same time
