Greetings, everyone.
I am a citizen of US. And I married with my wife in China on August 2009.
I send out the applications for petition of I-130 on May 2010. Quickly, I received the mail of USCIS receiving my petition. The office is California service center, I have been patiently waitting for 5 months already. 5 months are the average processing time stated on their official website. Until now, I still don't see anything sending from USCIS or hearing any news from USCIS. I checked on the official website about my case status, it is always the same stayed on "Initial Review" stage.
Is there anyway that I can check how far my case is processing? And about how much more time I will receive the next step mails from the USCIS?
Please anyone who experienced this, share some opinions with me.
Any advices would be very nice. I will very appreciate it.
