I have a question about filling G-325A form. I am submitting one form each for me and my spouse along with the I-130 that I am filing for my spouse. G-325A form is self-explanatory for my biographic information. I have Questions about G-325A for my spouse:
1) The 1st half of the form is clear. That is about my spouse data. The second half is for the "signature of the applicant". Who is the applicatant for my spouse G-325A. Is it me (as I am the one filing the I-130)? Or is it my spouse since the biographic information is about her?
2) Applicant details about employment and residence - Are these mine or my spouse
3) The last line of the form is about Applicant information? Whose info - mine or my spouse
