Question about G-325 A , signature

Hi, my american friend married my sister in Ukraine. Now he is petitioning for her to come here. He filled up I-130 and G-325a for him She needs to fill up G-325 A too, but she is not here. What he shoud do? How she sighn it? Can her husband sign for her since she is not here? Should he send G-325 to her? How does it work?

Yes she needs to fill up G-325A and sign for it herself. Forging someone else's signature is a criminal offence. She could fax it or send it by mail after she is done filling the forms.
