My 485 ND is March 03 (140- AD March 04). I just got my Finger printing Notice (sept 16th). Since my lawyer is based out of CA (And we used the lawyers address), I got my FP in CA. (I live in NJ)
Question
1) Is it possible for me to get my finger printing in NJ instead of travelling to CA?
2) I am planning to get married by Sept 30th in the USA to a F-1 Visa girl (she has been here more than 2 years). Is it possible to add her to the 485 application as a beneficiary while still in F-1 (not as a H-4)?
