Question about FingerPrint

Hi,

I recieved the second fingerprint notification in the mail today for my wife and self today. The problem is my wife is in Turkey for vacation. Can she take care of the fingerprinting at the consular or something? Does she have to come back?

The LUD hasn't changed, is that common?

LUD not changing is very common. She will need to reschedule the appt. if she can't make it - she can't get the FP done in Turkey.
