Question about Finger Print

I need some advices from you on FP.

We just got the finger printing notice, which is next month. However, my spouse is working in a different city. Is it possible for him to do the FP in his city?

Is there anyone who has similar doubts or experiences here? Can I please ask you to share?

I did not have any problem doing FP at ASC in a different city.
I did FP earlier than scheduled. (Try after 2 PM).
