I am going to concurrent file my NIW 140 and 485 in Vermont cervice center in June. Since I am going to move to Michigan which is in the Nebraska center, I also plan to file OR in Nebraska center. I believe the NIW will be remain in Vermont. The questions are
1. Can I have finger print in the new address in Michigan or I have to come back to Vermont center to have finger print in the future?
2. When I file OR in Nebraska, can I point the 485 to the early one that I filed in Vermont center? Or, do I have to refile 485 again in Nebraska center?
3. Are there any negative effect on the new NIW filing in Vermont center if I had previously NIW petition denied in January 2005? Do I need to tell them the fact of my previous NIW denial? Actually, I had NIW denied in Jan. and I did not appeal although I should do that.
