Question about filing for spouse

Hello,

I am getting ready to send everything for my husband for his greencard. We would like to send it as soon as possible considering his current J1 Visa expires January 7th. I understand it takes weeks for things to process so we're cutting it pretty close. However, I still have not received my transcripts from the IRS from the last 3 tax years. Is it better to wait for those to arrive and send everything together, or should I send what I have now and then send the tax return with my AOS forms once I receive them. I honestly think my request from the IRS was lost in the mail since I've moved and I would need to request them again. Any ideas or advice? Thanks!

Visit an IRS office in person, and you can get tax transcripts in an hour (more or less, depending how many other people are waiting).
