Question about F1 filling i130

My wife hold F1 visa to enter and stay in US, and I'm GC holder, we try to fill the i130 now. One of the question is :When does the beneficiary's authorized stay expire?

On her i94, it shows as D/S, because she have F1 visa, but the i130 require to provide the exact date. In this case, we should enter the date shows on her i20 or her F1 visa?
