Question About Expedited Processing

hI,
Did any one request for expedited processing of travel document. How long does it take to get it. My father is scheduled for a surgery on dec 29th in india. I sent my request to expedite the processing yesterday.
Any experiences with expedite processing

i am not sure if there's any special expedite process. Its either regular AP or emergency AP which can be obtained by a walk-in to the local office.

share your knowledge on expedite processing? What kind of request did you make to expedite the process? Did you fill out any forms/apps?
