Question about Evidence of one year of physical presence ? Please Help

Hello

I just got REF and they asked for medical and Evidence of one year of physical presence . i got my asylum on Jan 1998 and only for 4 days i was out of us in June of 98 ( not to my native country off course) with refugee travel document. Now i don't know what to do. i was here all the time except those 4 days which i didn't live in any other country. does that heart my case ? what should i do ?? i don't even have that travel document since i sent it back to the when it was expired and i apply for new one. Please advise i am kind of concern about ir.

I don't see any reason for you to worry about those 4 days as a lot of people travel. The USCIS mentions evidence of one year presence as a letter of employment, a lease, school enrollment records, or similar documentation, which would cover broad periods of time. Just send one of these.

If you were in school between june 1998 and june 1999,send school record.If you were working between june 98 and june 99,send job record like form W2.
