I have a question about the EB2 Visa and seeking Legal Aid. I am an Actor, I've been looking into obtaining a Green Card to obtain Permanent Resident status in the United States, but I am completely clueless to. American immigration law and policy. I know the requirements of the EB2 and I believe I may be able to qualify for their National Interest Waiver, but I can't just state why I think I deserve approval and hope someone has some compassion. If I apply myself, I'll probably be spending $1000 on a Green Card application, versus if I obtain legal aid it will be more like $3800, but is getting the legal assistance worth the extra cost?
