question about EB1

Anyone having any details available regarding EB1 case filed about 3 months before under outstanding researcher and professor category.
 
I filed last year in oct-2003 and no decision. But got an RFE which is lost in the mail

Struggling to get the RFE.
 
Anyone has had any approvals on EB1

Pl keep this thread live and kicking.I do not see any EB1 cases been disscussed

Got a Rfe

I had called TSC yesterday to inquire on the status of my case since it was past 30 days from the processing date shown on their web site.
I saw this message on the LUD

On March 8, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

I guess it is for a RFE!!!

got the email today informing me on the approval of the case.

Yeah, it helps to call and inquire about the status of ur case and the message that I had got not necessarily mean a RFE.

485 AP 03/18/05.

I had called TSC to make a inquiry since 30 days had passed the processing time given in their web site .140 AND 485 got approved with 10-12 days after making inquiry.
I encourage u to do the same if u have'nt heard from them if ur RD date is passed 30 days from the time shown in the Processing date in their official web site
