I wanted to know, Can one qualify for In-State Tuition, if one has EAD?

I will be getting my EAD in december. Am I eligible for assitantship and tution waiver or just for instate tution.

Hi!,
some universities insist for Greencard not EAD.
That depends upon which college/university ur applying

I dont think so

I know about Temple University and even as a EAD holder you are still a F1 student. So no question of being instate since you are considered an alien.
