question about ead renewal

I am filling up I765 for ead renewal (employment based). A few question:

First, are passport-type photos required? If so, how many?

Second, what is the average processing time for this EAD recently?

Last, about the form:

1. Which INS office (for previous ead application): the answer should be Vermont, right?
2. Manner of last entry: My last entry was using advanced parole, but I am currently a student (I am the spouse of the principal 485 applicant). What should I fill in? Student? or Something else?
3. Current immigration status: Based on information in 2, what should I say here?
4. Alien number: what is this? The A# number from my last EAD application receipt?

You'll need two (2) passport style photos for your EAD. It'll probably take 60-120 days to get an approval.

A1: Send it to the SAME office that is currently processing your 485s.

A2: Last reentry is last reentry. It has nothing to do with your current status. So, it's AP in your case.

A3: According to what you said, I don't believe you're still maintaining an F-1 visa. So, you should fill in AOS (adjustment of status).

A4: You can find your A# on your I-485 receipt. It could be the same number as your last EAD, depending on how your obtained that EAD. To be safe, find your 485 receipt and get the number from there.
