Question about EAD application fee

Friends, I am trying to apply for EAD to trigger my 1st FP (I applied for 485 during Feb 2003. In my wife case her ‘485’ application was applied with EAD/AP application and she received her 1st FP during May 2003). Can you guys clarify the following doubts? Thanks.

1. What is the correct way to pay the application fee for EAD? (For regular paper filing)
a. Check / money order payable to ‘Immigration and Naturalization Service’ or
b. Check / money order payable to ‘US Citizenship and Immigration Services’

2. In case of E-filing, is the FP taken for EAD is same as the one for 485?

I WOULD SUGGEST A US MONEY ORDER FROM THE POST OFFICE. YOU MUST SEND THE FOLLOWING TO THEM IN ORDER TO PROCESS:

1. COMPLETED I-765 APPLICATION
2. COPY OF I-485 RECEIPT NOTICE
3. COPY OF I-94 CARD FRONT AND BACK
4. ENTIRE COPY OF PASSPORT INCLUDING THE BLANK PAGES
5. STAPLE MONEY ORDER TO THE FRONT OF THE APPLICATION
6. SEND ENTIRE APPLICATION TO THE VERMONT SERVICE CTR.
