I have a question about my EAD and AP renewal. My case was transferred to Arlington office last December and the interview date has not been set up yet. My EAD and Advanced parole was valid until this April and I applied both EAD and advanced parole renewal to Arlington INS office in March. But I still have not received any information so far.
My question is whether I need to extend my H-1 in case the EAD renewal will not get through in July, when my current H-1 will be expired. Is that possible that the EAD and advanced parole renewal application get rejected?
