question about divorce

i currently have a conditional residency but is possibly facing divorce.
i'm trying to determine how likely it is that i would be approved if i file for a waiver (ok, i know no one can answer this with certainty but i just want to know if it's just... "pretty much impossible" with the evidence that i can show or something like "very good chance" from what i've got. this is important for me right now because if enough people/lawyers are gonna tell me that i have a pretty low chance and really not worth trying, i might return to my home country.
now, we're not officially divorced yet but pretty much separated as of recently
here's what i have -
i have record of lease together for the past year or so, as well as car insurance, and cell phone bills (though it doesn't actually list our names, it shows my fathers name because we have a family plan so it just shows our phone # in the same plan), joint bank account statements for about past 1 yr and continuing, though i cant keep that account open anymore bc she recently took out all our money from our joint so it's a $0.00 as of right now. we haven't filed any tax together because we have been together just short of years. as for the pictures, we have as legitimate looking wedding pictures (because it was) as you can have. also, we got in a bad fight one day and she destroyed my laptop, guitar, and some music papers and i took pictures (if anything can be attempted from these pictures, would it require more of a criminal case or something like that in any way? because i don't wanna go there). lastly, she has been getting SSI disability checks for "depression and anxiety" for at least 2 years until just recently i convinced her she needs to get off the govt crap.

one more thing, is it a bad idea regarding myself, to try to stay married but separated or is it better to just divorce? from what i know about her, it's very possible that even if she wanted nothing to do with me, she may not file for divorce but just remain separated. i don't know if that would be beneficial for me or not.
