Question about deportation

Hello,

I came to the U.S. on a tourist visa, they gave me 6 months and the 6 months have recently expired and I stayed in the U.S.

My wife, soon to be ex-wife, is also in the U.S. with a tourist visa together with our 2 children, however her 6 months expire in September.

We're Colombian nationals and we separated there and she immediately sued for alimony in Colombia, now we're all in the U.S. and she just recently went to a courthouse in New York wanting to sue me again for the alimony which I've been paying but recently ran into work issues and had to delay it. But she won't have it and she now has it in her head to make problems for me here in the U.S.

My question is - Could I be deported if she goes to the courthouse in New York making problems for me?

Thank you

You are illegal and can be deported at anytime. You all will be deported for your overstay if ICE is aware of your situation. You will not establish a life here as an illegal, and should return home now!
