I've been married to a LPR for 4.5 years now. We filed 130 as spouse of LPR 4 yrs back which was approved .After my spouse became a US citizen in Aug 07 , we upgraded an approved 130 petition and filed for adjustment of status. EAD ,AP are approved and we are waiting for IL.
My question is when I do get my GC will that be a conditional 2 yr thing or will that be waived? Can we take any steps from our side to do this?

- your GC will be good for 10 years with no conditions and, once done, you will be able to file N-400 (citizenship) within 3 years assuming you are married to the same person.
