Question about citation for N-400

Hi,
I'm eligible to apply for citizenship thru N400 soon. I had one speeding ticket in 1999 (going 5 miles above limit) and one ticket for some other offense. I obtained my driving record from the state (PA) department of transportation, it mentions that I have no violations or accidents etc. So, looks like tickets were not updated in DOT records (probably bcoz they were minor). Do I need to report it on my N-400 form if it's not in my driving history?

it might not appear on your driving history, but it is stored to the county database / record office where you got the ticket from. so, you have a record.

Guys, I need some help here. I joined this board much after I sent my N400. I did not provide any citations in the form as it really did not occur to me. I have 2 tickets during the last 13 years the last one this past year which was a unsafe driving. How do I rectify this? I have finger prints this Friday.
