I have an oppurtunity to move on to a new assignment with a different client. My question is , if I move to a different state , i.e. take up the new assignment in a different state , but stay with the same employer , will the NSC transfer my case to another service center after I have filed my AR-11?
How will the NSC know that I haven't changed my employer ?
In this case my employer falls under the NSC jurisdiction but my new assignment i.e. my new state of residence will not.
