I would like to sponsor my parents for Green Card application. I am form China. I have a couple of questions regarding English translation certification and notarization:
1. The birth certificate from GONG ZHENG CHU of China does include the English translation part. Does it still need to be certified by a translator here in the US?
2. Does the copy of the birth certificate need to be notarized?
3. Does the latest version of I-864/I-864A need to be notarized?
