question about applying advance parole

I'm on H1, and has I-140 aprroved through NIW with 485 pending. when applying for AP, what should I fill for "current status"? H1?

What if next year my H1 expires, my 485 still pending and I need to apply for AP again, what should I put as "current status" then?

Status for AP

AP has nothing to do with H1b. You are able to apply for advanced parol because you have I485 pending, regardless what other status you may have.

I think that time you will have to write "AOS".
