Question about AP validation date

Hi,

I have a question about AP. I have a AP which is issued on Jan 31, 2004, and it says that I can use it before Jan 30, 2005 when rentering the U.S. Then several days ago, I used it while rentering U.S. from Canada. The immigration officer put a stamp on the AP and my passport, saying paroled until 12/25/2006. Does this mean that my AP is valid till 12/26/2005? Or it's still valid till Jan, 30 2005.

AP expiry date is unchanged. The date on the I-94, AP or passport stamp has no significance to the AP validity.

True. AP will expire one year from date of approval.
