Question about Alien Registration Number

I see an A# on my expired "F1 OPT" EAD card, (this card expired 4 years ago). This A# did not show up again in anywhere else (i.e. not in my H1B letter...). I'm currently holding an H1B visa.

My question is, is this A# still valid? Can I put it in I-130 and G-325A?

It's up to you. I filled in my old A# (also from an OPT EAD card), and did not have any issues. I was issued a new A# as part of the AOS, since the old number is no longer valid.

No.That is probably some other A#.
You get Alien Registration Number only when you apply for I 485 ie Adjustment of status.
Since you are on H1,you dont have an Alien Registration Number...leave it blank.
